West has capacity of making explosive for shells used in big gun to send to Ukraine to fight Russia, however, they lack of capacity of making the steel shells, so India provided the empty shells, to send to Italy to be filled with explosives inside then sent to Ukraine to fight Russians, I wonder if it is a back stab to Russia by India??
