  5. no need DF 17 for Pakistan since it is for attacking, for defending Pakistan, Pakistan does not need it, none of IAF jets (all of them are not stealthy) can pass Pakistan's air defense system composed of early warming AESA radars and anti air missile of HQ 16 and HQ9.
