Reverse engineering is a learning process, which India has no ability of doing not they do not want to do, the result is they have to keep buying from other countries, but cannot make anything, after 20 years they still need to buy directly over 1500 parts and raw materials for assemble Su 30 MKI in India with cost more than directly buy it from Russia.
