India has no capability, the areas are most often covered with think clouds, impossible for optical satellite to get clear image, you need SAR, however, India cannot make it, it needs to import it from Israel, and to cover the area closely without time gap you need a lots of them, in 2019, when Assam flooded, India asked for help for satellite image to see the flooded area, China immediately provided high resolution SAR satellite images of the flooding area

Even China build a bridge on Pangong Tzo was first reported by US, then 2 big villages in South Tibet, India's satellite cannot even find huge bridge or even village? haha :) what India's spy satellite for? check defecation in wild only ??

US just claimed India abuses human right, haha :)) go read the report before you praise your new master, US never treats India as a real friend, let alone an ally, US only let India to be a barking dog in Quad, they kicked India out in real thing, such as in AUKUS for making nuclear submarine.
