This woman should do her job as FM, why she bother for Manipur? under this woman, India finance is a disaster, with 25% budget just for interest payment, it is 37% of total revenue, highest in the major countries, (compare, US with much larger debt, interest payment is 17%, China 7%). Next year will be 12.5% higher than this year, by 2030, interest payment could reach 35% of India government budget, she is better just go to a wet market as a sales girl
