Of course, that is a gap difference. Only India in the stealthy fighter era spent so much money on un-stealthy fighter to fight a country with stealthy fighter, the kill ratio for a stealthy to un-stealthy is 1:100, now stealthy fighter is about $100 million each, India bought Rafale for $250 million, so simple calculation, enemy uses $100 million can cost India, 100x$250 million, that is $100 million to $25000 million, or $100 million to exchange India $25 billion, haha :) good deal.

Rafale with 6 missiles (no internal weapon bay) has RCS of 10 sq meters, compare to F35's 0.001, simple physiology, F35 can detect Rafale over 100 km, but Rafale cannot detect F35 until about 30 km, F35 can use air to air missile to lock Rafale over 100 km distance and shoot it down, Rafale has 2 limitations, 1st, it cannot detect F35 with its radar, so cannot fire its missile, 2nd, missile even got smaller radar, itself cannot lock on F35.
