Buddha, the most intelligent Indian in all 5000 years of Hindu history, said " endless bitter sea in front, repent, land is nearby" . India is facing so much challenges and pressures from China, economically, militarily, ............in all aspects, no matter how hard India is trying, the gap is only enlarging bigger and bigger, no way out for India. ........however, listen to Buddha, turn around. give up anti China policy, cede the illegally occupied South Tibet (no use to you anyway) to China, then everything will be back to great again with ever lasting peace for at lease 1000 years.

Indians do not have a clear mind, just want to waste money , first, what you want the fighter for? showing off ? you want them to fight China, then question is can F21 match China's J20 or J16 or J10c and new fighter drones? not only those, China's new air to air missile is much better than US's AIM 120,
Rafale cost $250 million each, almost 2 times more expensive than F35, how many India can afford? it is a 4th g fighter , again, useless to use it to fight China's stealthy fighter.

India once wanted to build Rafale in India, did not work, since setting up a production and testing line is huge, and France will not share core tech with India, you need to produce 500 to 1000 to get the investment back, India cannot afford it, same for Tejas, India cannot sell a single one to any other country, so cannot get the investment back, cannot reduce the cost on it, even for 20 yr India got license from Russia for building Su30 MKI, upto now still needs to import over 1500 parts and raw material from Russia and cost of making it in India is more expensive than directly buying it from Russia, same will be true for F21 or any other weapons,
