India and China, with the same population, that is about the only thing same, we are totally different, in culture, ideology, religion, political system, society, value ..........which country is better, judged not by someone's opinion, but by numbers and data, human for being human, is they can produce, the advanced nation can produce material wealthy efficiently with industrialization and technology, backward nation cannot, they do not have advanced industry and high tech, so they need to buy industry produces from advanced industry nations which and make the products better and cheaper than they can do themselves, this is the key difference between India and China. others, such as Chinese are slaves of CCP, etc , are all the BS.

Indians grain amount per person is very low, lucky you are in warm climate, and you may eat vegetable or fruits, otherwise large scale famine would happen in India, you can calculate yourself, total India grain yield was released by Indian government, divide it by total Indian population, that came as 225 kg per person per year. compare to China's 490 kg per person per year. although India has 25% more arable land. you Indians totally ruin your country, you just do not realize it.

Human to survival, need first to have food, clothing, housing, and means of travel. therefore, the production of all the material for human life is the most essential, that is, material production. this is the most basic for all other human activities, such as religion, culture, law, art...........which are all based on first you can survival with the basic material production, the advanced nation can make things faster, cheaper, better, therefore they can have time for other activities, .......perfecting law, create art, ..........send people into space...............landed people on the moon. backward nation cannot. since they cannot produce things efficiently (which needs industrialization and high tech), they can have barely food to feed their people. India got thing upside down, they did not put material production to the first, but put ideology first, enjoy their "freedom" which let them BS whole day and get nothing produced
