  1. The ADA invited M/s Dassault Aviation for design assistance in developing a lightweight combat aircraft (The Air Force had the Gnat in mind and was looking to replace the Mig-21s). Dassault agreed to support the Project Definition Phase (PDP) wherein the Indian engineers would participate. The aim was to come up with the basic design for the aircraft. Su30 MKI is licensed to India, with all technical document available to India, however, after all these years, HAL still need to import over 1500 parts and raw materials from Russia, and the cost is more expensive to make it in India than directly buy it from Russia. if you blame other copy, the logic should be, "you copy, I do not, I can make something better by myself", however, you cannot make a thing, "you copy I do not, so I have nothing", why you so proud of that? you cannot even copy. do you have high moral standard?? that is a BS, why you copy all west patent drugs? it shows, you never shy of copy things you can, for those you have no ability of copying, well it is just convenient to blame others. hah :) but we do not have a fk whatever you say about us., hah :)
