  1. in practice and in real war are two different things, even with Israel's smart bomb, IAF did not hit a single target in Balakot Feb 26 2019 but only killed a crow. As for this particular test, it is totally useless against China, because its range is 100 km, PLAAF will not allow Su-30 MKI to get so close to any important position in that range, secondly China's HQ-9 ground to air missile range is 240-300 km.
