For the issue around the Philippine's boat, there was a "gentlemen's agreement" between the Chinese government and former Philippine President Duterte , that China would allow to send daily supplies for the sailors on it but no building materials, the current Philippine President Marcos does not agree with it, that made all these mess.

  2. India has all its own problems inside its own country, with 53 C degree (that is the air temperature, add 20 C more to the ground) without AC, for those with AC but no electricity, live in the vapor of them own waste, still like to make trouble to China, haha :)
