  1. Can old parliament building still work? sure it can, is this new one much better than the old one, not really. Old one is by British, new one, inside is still the same as designed by British. this is no beauty in this building at all, and no meaning. In such parliament building, such as Capital Hill of US or British parliament, they are either round or squared, the reason is, round shape represents heaven, or universe, which means, the power from God. or squared which means the earth, power from the people, none of them with triangle shape as this new one. since it does not mean anything,
