  18. UNSC means world security, if you cannot or could not defend yourself but invaded and ruled and colonized by all kind of other nations, even lost your own name of a country but became a country with other far away nation's name, as British Raj, then you are not qualified to be in UNSC

India in the past 1000 yrs was ruled and occupied and colonized by all kinds of foreign intruders, everyone came, this nation just obeyed to the new ruler, no resistance, at least no armed resistance, all they did were just for survival. there was no history for this country, or the history others known, all they had was a history of other nations establish their rule in this land of no change, and no resistance. how can we let this kind country get into UNSC??

  29. this has been over 20 yrs, every time, all 5 UNSC member took turns to veto it, so it appear it is China now, but actually all of them do not want another one, especially not this one, all of the 5 of them know, only needs 1 to veto at any time, so they will play this game to India forever, so looks like only 1 against it, to give India some hope, but in reality, India will never get it, unless or until UN is totally dissolved
