  1. S. Jaishankar is the original designer for Modi's anti-China pro western, mainly USA policy. It is in the right time for the US, so US welcomed this policy very much. However, how this policy get India?? nothing. US did not give India anything in real except with only oral support, Quad is mainly for USA's interest in SCS, nothing to do India, at least nothing benefit India is any realistic way, except make China put more army at the border with India which in turn make more pressure to India's defense. in the time that India should pay more attention to its internal development, Jaishankar made India wasted resources and time on not essential thing, created unnecessary tensions with China. This is one of the reasons that Bangladesh will catch up and surpass India in average income per capita while only a few years ago Bangladesh's average income was only 40% of India's. In 2021, according to IMF, India will get 8.8% growth, however, due to its growth in 2020 is -10.3%, so the India's 2021 total GDP ($2.79 Trillion) will be less than India's total GDP in 2019 ($2.85 Trillion). at the same time China's GDP will be from $14.43 Trillion in 2019, to $15.8 Trillion in 2021, or from 5.0 times of India's GDP in 2019 jump to 5.66 time of India's GDP in 2021.
