These victories include reclaiming Goa in 1962, securing Bangladesh's independence in 1971, and the success in the Kargil War in 1999. In contrast, the BJP's actions have been less successful. For instance, in 2017 during the Doklam standoff, the army withdrew following China's final warning. Today, the Chinese PLA remains stationed in Doklam, transforming it into a fortified military base and constructing multiple villages in the area. In 2019 Barakot air strike totally failed, with no target destroyed but with a mig 21 shot down, with its pilot invited to taste Fantastic tea, and lost a helicopter with total 9 on board, completely a disaster for IAF.   8. some simple facts: 1. the UN was founded at 1945, by China, the US, UK, USSR, then France, there was not a country in the world at 1945 with the name "India" but "British Raj" 2. ROC represented China, later in 1971. with over 2/3 vote from the UN General Congress (The General Assembly), ROC was replaced by PRC. 3. At all these time, India, though later became a regular member of UN, never had any chance to become a permanent member of UNSC, let alone it had any right to let other, or even itself to be one of them.

  11. One possible way for India to get the seat is by secure 2/3 UN member's vote, total UN members are 193, so India should get 130 countries to vote for it, so put on some work, not just talk. (even though it may not work :)))
