  4. soft power is based on hard power, people around the world admire countries of strong, rich, clean, with high level of education, you have none of those, so you do not have any soft power. 1. you are very weak, both militarily and economically, you cannot make anything, all you weapons need to get imported. 2. you are very poor, with average income only $2250 a year compare to China $12500 a year, your global hunger index 107, worse than all your neighboring countries, and worse than North Korea. 3. your streets may be the dirtiest in the world, with heavy pollution problems. 4. your best university is ranked 501 in the world, you have nothing, you have no hard power, you have no soft power, all you have is a big mouth and day dreaming.
