  5. the key is Indians have no talent nor money to make things themselves. it is the fate, with more high tech involved in the weapons, India will get farther lag behind, with a country ' GDP only 1/6 of China, and R&D budget is on 0.7% of its GDP, compare to China's 2.2%, the difference in 6x2.2/0.7=18.5 each year, for 10 years, that is 185 times. the number 1 university in India ranked behind 500 in the world, compare to China, China's scientific papers has over taken US as the number 1 in the world, same as patents. India is country totally has no hope, no future
