  1. India is lucky, since upto now, no major threat in the Indian ocean direction, Rafales should fly in Ladakh to show off, not to the empty space in Indian ocean. PLAAF is different, in the SCS and East China sea, PLA Navy air pilots meet with USAF jets almost daily, with direct threat from the most powerful airforce in the world. Good thing from this is PLA pilots are getting better and better as how to deal US jets.
