  5. for those did not follow Quad, let me help, for the 1st quad summit, the decision was for India to make covid vaccine, with Japan pay $160 million, the Aus. pay about $60 million, the US would provide technology, results? nothing. for the 2nd quad summit, the decision was for India to make semiconductor chips, results? nothing. The current summit wants India to fight cervical cancer :))
