  1.  @cjs83172 The Surfline has been 90mph for 40 years. At one time it was the second fastest line only to the NEC. But Amtrak Midwest is at 110 mph now. Lastly the 90 mph start just north of Sorento Valley. But it’s in segments.

  3.  @ciello___8307 reasonable? 51 miles of electrification cost $2.44 Billion. How about they build the Miramar bridges first. They were going to do that 15 years ago.

  4. The infrastructure needed to electrify the LOSSAN corridor would be billions and billions of tax payer dollars. No thank you. These trains can already go 125mph. Let’s be real already.
