  1. This country has oil and gas pipelines throughout the nation. Why can we have a water pipeline that spans the country. Transfer water from areas that are experiencing flooding to dryer areas in the West. Spring melt from the Northern States that just goes into the Mississippi then into the Gulf. The reservoirs would be full and the mountains could be watered ending wildfires in the West.
