Putin broke the Minsk Agreements from day one. Russian troops didn't withdraw from occupied Ukrainian territory. The Turkish talks broke down because the Bucha massacre was revealed at the same time.

@PerceivedREALITY999 That's a lie. Russian troops still occupied Ukrainian territory. They couldn't be recognised as autonomous Ukrainian oblasts if they were still occupied by Russia.

He was right, Putin has never lived up to any ceasefire agreement he has ever entered into. Russia fuel bombed Chechen civilians in Katyr Yurt under a ceasefire agreement. Russia broke the ceasefire agreement in Georgia in 2008. Russian troops slaughtered withdrawing Ukrainian troops in Ilovaisk in Donbas in 2014 under a truce. Putin broke the Minsk Agreements from day one.

Igor Girkin aka Strelkov has already admitted that the Russian 53rd Missile Defence Brigade shot down MH17 from Ukrainian territory. Why don't you ask him? You can find Girkin in a Russian prison because he criticised Putin's handling of the war. Do a welfare check, make sure that he's not standing too close to any windows.

@petrasmiles1029 Look up the Battle of Ilovaisk. Your grasp of Ukrainian geography isn't good. You do realise that Russia invaded Crimea, Donbas, and Luhansk and shot down MH17 from Ukrainian territory in 2014?
