  2. It has been said that 73 percent of all kinds of crashes are caused by pilot/driver error and inexperience. The other 27 percent of crashes are caused by (1) incorrect loading or overloading, (2) poor, inadequate, or incorrect maintenance, and problems with poor design, installation, and materials, and more rarely (4) catastrophic metal fatigue. I still wonder what God would have thought about this, quite possibly avoidable tragedy. But God has the greatest ability to redeem the worst events in our lives and hearts.
