  4. Also the real estate in New York, and other cities are overpriced, courtesy of the banks trying to get as much money as possible, in order to line the pockets of their CEO'S, and the governments as well.

  5. This apartment building should be made illegal, and either restored back to its original plan, or demolished. If a fire broke out, it would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to escape out of this building. I am very disappointed by the landlord's attitude of sheer selfishness and greed!!! Thank you.

  7. Thank you for this very informative and interesting video. But these apartments just simply confirm to me why I would never live in the USA. Mind you, the houses, and apartments in England, and Europe are pretty much the same. I live in Auckland City, New Zealand, and quite frankly I consider this country to be the best place for me. Thank you. 😁
