  1. People with high vitamin d, are healthier, fitter and get out more, so just taking a tablet is not enough. It's the same as saying fitter people get less severe COVID, which is true.

  2.  @spiral-m  as I said taking a vitamin d tablet is not enough, I hope you don't advocate Poor Tim Spector's diet, I agree healthy eating is essentiall.
