  1. Only 5mg of zinc in my multivitamin , said to be 50% of daily requirement, this seems very low, some people recommend 40mg a day. It's like Dr Campbells vit D recommendation which was 10 times higher than my multivitamin.

  2. Tried chewing the zinc strip, nearly fell off the ladder, is there not a better way.
