I’m from the USA, and I’d love to see the Poles succeed. They’re good people, and they’ve gone through a lot. They need to do whatever it takes to make sure that Russia doesn’t invade them again.

@finianlacy8827 Russia invaded Poland on a second front, and it had plans to split up Poland with the Germans. The Soviets also raped more than 100,000 Polish women. It’s easy to understand why the Poles don’t trust the Russians.

@kakyoin9688 Not only did they want access to its classified information, but Turkey required that the United States include technology transfer of the Patriot missile, which obviously the United States isn’t going to do after spending so much to develop it. Turkey made two purchase requests for the PAC-3, and in both deals Turkey included tech transfer. Tech transfer would allow Turkey to make and sell the Patriot on its own.

Zaydan Alfariz Why? None of Russia’s SAMs have been able to stop HIMARS from striking whatever targets it wishes. Turkey made a huge mistake insisting on buying Russian crap over the F-35.
