@ghostlightx9005 Good, I am glad that Europe won’t forget. Maybe European countries will finally build up their militaries to be able to defend themselves without having to depend on the US. I support helping Ukraine, but the US has no obligation to do so. The US has still provided by far more military equipment than any other country, yet all I see are comments from Europeans bellyaching that the US needs to do more.

@peterpanini96 Anti American troll I see. Ukraine would have lost much more territory if it wasn’t for the US. And I am also thankful that Russia has shown to be more bark than bite. And even more I am grateful that I am not Russian. What a 💩 hole of a country, literally.

@ghostlightx9005 Who cares? The US has no obligation to help Ukraine. It’s fortunate to have received what it already has. And again, the US by far has provided far more military aid than any other country. Ukraine is begging for weapons, that’s what it needs. It’s about time Europe has woken up. I don’t support Trump, but a positive about him is that European countries need to build up their militaries instead of relying on the US for protection. I support helping Ukraine and I plan on voting for Biden, but most of Europe is a very wealthy continent, and it needs to start paying more for its own security.

@ghostlightx9005 There are 195 countries in the world, and the US has provided more than all of them. Why aren’t you complaining about other countries instead of harping on the US? Why can’t Europe defend itself without having to run to the US? It’s not our job to protect you.

@duncancremin1708 I am all for Europe being free to defend itself. I just don’t like Europe depending on the US. The American taxpayers shouldn’t have to pay for your protection. I fully support helping Ukraine, but when people start badmouthing the US after all it’s done that’s complete BS. And don’t give me nonsense that the ammo the U.S. provides is expired. It still works very well. Facts are the US has provided far more than any other country, and look at how many people are whining for more. Ever hear about being grateful? The Baltic countries should be paying more. They’re more directly threatened than any other country.

@duncancremin1708 Of course Europe doesn’t need the US’s permission. Europe needs to pull its own weight. Zelensky would not say that Ukraine would lose without US help if EU countries stepped up.

What country is keeping the Red Sea open? Would either Kuwait or South Korea exist today if it wasn’t for the US? Do you think Ukraine could have withstood Russian attacks for so long if it wasn’t for the US?

The US is far from cowardly. If you used your brain for an instant you’d know that driving oil prices up will only further enhance Trump’s likelihood of getting elected. If that happens then that means no more support at all from the US, which Ukraine desperately needs. What’s messed up are that all the other NATO members combined are unable to provide the weapons to Ukraine for them to win. Excluding the US, five of them have economies ranked in the top ten. The US is the only support power. You’re obviously just a US hater.

And yet more BS. If it wasn’t for the US the Ukrainians wouldn’t have been able to retake so much territory, and much of the territory it currently has would be in Russia’s hands. What is really sad is that Zelensky today said that unless the US helps the Ukrainians will lose. Seriously WTF is wrong with all the other NATO countries not being able to provide Ukraine with the weapons it needs? I support Ukraine, but I can now see why Trump was so frustrated years ago when he said that fellow NATO members needed to spend more on defense. They ignored him, and now Ukraine is paying the price. The US has no obligation to give Ukraine aid, and it’s still given more than any other country. Europe needs to get its act in gear and help Ukraine. This war directly threatens Europe, not the US. Ukraine is fortunate to have received all that it has from the United States. Countries worldwide that are democratic seek US friendship and military alliances. The US can’t possibly be everywhere for everyone. And with comments like yours it makes me question why the US is helping at all. Ungrateful must be your middle name.
