Why does it not surprise me that Russia attacked a humanitarian HQ? They have no morals. They’ve attacked schools, playgrounds, hospitals, railway stations, shopping malls, residential areas, etc.,They’ve committed horrific atrocities, including raping, looting, maiming, torturing and murdering innocent people. It wasn’t that long ago when Russia and Ukraine were brotherly nations. Putin has made them enemies.
