  1. The F-22 will be around longer than people think. Just like the A-10, it has a specialty that no other fighter can match, and as with all weapons programs, the NGAD will take longer than planned to make operational.

  3.  @Mokimanify  Being completely retired means it’s not flying in service right now, which is not the case. Plans to remove it from service don’t mean shit. There have been numerous times that the USAF had plans to retire it for good, but those plans fell through. It’s not completely retired until it’s not flying in service.
