@redditverse6511 Russia can’t carpet bomb because it doesn’t have air superiority. What good are Russia’s hypersonic missiles? They don’t have an increased blast area. Russia’s navy has been incapable of defending its ships against subsonic missiles, and Russia’s army can’t intercept HIMARS. Russia was supposed to win this war in 3-4 days, and now six months has gone by and its lost a significant amount of equipment and troops, and it has gained little territory over what the Russian separatists already controlled. It’s also retreated its forces from the north, it’s now permitted under Russian law to enlist men up to the age of 65, and its had to pull T-62 tanks out of storage after losing so many T-72s and T-80s. After all the hype we’ve heard from Russian trolls through the years about how mighty the Russian military is, it’s been an embarrassment.

@Terry Jackson Sure it can. It’s already got the momentum. Russia has had to revert to using old T-62 tanks. It’s army is poorly trained and equipped. It hasn’t had an effective offensive in many months. Russia cannot control the air or the seas. And Russia has nobody other than countries like Iran and North Korea supporting it. Very pathetic. It’s why Russia keeps wanting negotiations. It knows it’s losing, and the future doesn’t look any better. Quite frankly, Russia’s already lost. More countries have joined NATO; Russia is perceived as being weak; Russia’s economic future doesn’t look bright; hundreds of thousands of people have fled Russia; Russia has lost access to much needed western parts to develop high tech equipment and weapons; the list goes on and on.

@Terry Jackson Nah, you’re just the typical Russian troll who can’t accept reality. Tell me exactly what I’ve written that is not accurate, instead of throwing out baseless childish accusations. Even the Russian media has expressed that things aren’t going Russia’s way. Russia’s losing, get over it. It’s first mobilization failed, and now it needs another. Maybe you should join so that you can get a dose of reality? It’s a win-win for everyone. Russia would get more cannon fodder, and we won’t need to read your BS.

@Terry Jackson Keep telling yourself that. You go to any outside news source and they all say that Russia is losing. From the Middle East, to Africa, to Europe, the Americas, etc., they all are mocking how incompetent and ineffective the Russian military is, especially when it’s supposed to be the world’s second strongest military. 😂You obviously watch too much Russian tv, which is the most dishonest source from anywhere. And even it at times has acknowledged that Russia is struggling. Ukraine is winning and it will win. When was the last time Russian forces have gained any significant territory? Not since the early beginnings. It’s pretty sad that Russia has to depend on Iran for drones, and it’s even more pathetic that Russia is needing North Korea to provide ammo. Russia is setting up defensive lines near Crimea. You don’t do that unless you know you’re going to be attacked. The Russians are striking civilian infrastructure instead of Ukrainian military targets. It’s doing that out of desperation hoping the Ukrainian people will lose their will to fight. It’s having the exact opposite effect.
