  1. Looks like my opinion won’t be a popular one. Mistakes happen, but she doesn’t have a legal right to it. If I was any institution I would not allow her to be a client. She took advantage of an error, and believe it or not I used to reconcile bank accounts for a property management firm, and mistakes do happen. While this happened many years ago, there were several times that I caught the bank in error where the company was shortchanged, and vice versa, and each time the bank corrected its mistake.
