My sister works for Catholic Charities. She helps the homeless in America, which is worse now than ever before. She gets paid peanuts and works long hours to help the needy. It’s not wasteful spending at all, and they’re not rich. The homeless situation has only gotten worse under Biden as his policies resulted in higher housing costs, and the influx of illegal immigrants only made it worse. If there is a cost that should be helped, it’s Catholic Charities. Catholic Relief Services is in the same boat, but their efforts are more international. The majority of the funds come from people’s donations. It’s not a wealthy organization at all and they help a lot of people living under poverty.
