  1. Miley is a disgrace. He should be fired for his treasonous acts of contacting China behind the President’s back. He should be fired for informing all soldiers who work with nuclear weapons that any decisions about their use must go through him first before going to the President. He made decisions on his own about interpreting the US Constitution. He put himself above the Commander in Chief and should be immediately court martialed.
