@carolwilliams8511 It’s not stupidity if she advocates for abortion rights, which is contrary to his religious beliefs as a Christian. Stupidity is not being open minded to try to understand other people’s perspectives.

@edwarddempsey4620 Obviously times are different today than when the Bible was written, but murdering babies is a sin. What’s particularly troubling is that the democratic party won’t even agree to term limits, meaning a baby can be aborted even up to the day when it’s born. I’m not here to argue with you about abortion. My point is that Professor Gerdes has certain beliefs that are different than what the democrats value. He’s obviously not a stupid person. We should respect his beliefs and not be so critical based on just one particular subject matter. He has previously described himself as a Reagan Republican, which is nearly the exact opposite of Kamala. Just because he doesn’t vote for Kamala, that doesn’t mean he supports Russia. It’s horrible that out of nearly 350 million Americans that we have just two candidates who many people don’t like.

@edwarddempsey4620 You do realize that it was Trump who told our European allies to stop buying Russian oil because it funded Russia’s military? Trump also warned all our allies that they needed to significantly increase their military spending. The allies totally ignored his advice, and unfortunately as a result Ukraine has been dependent on US aid for its survival. Trump also imposed numerous sanctions against Russia, was the first president to allow lethal weapons to be provided to Ukraine. I’m not a Trump supporter, but your claiming that Kamala is better for moral reasons is ridiculous. She’s no angel. Just because the Professor doesn’t vote for her that doesn’t make him an immoral person. Give him a break and respect his right to vote as he wishes.

It’s most likely because she believes in abortion, which is contradictory to his religious beliefs. She’s also very liberal, and he has described himself as a Reagan Republican.

@thomasgaylor9150 It doesn’t mean he supports Trump. He’d vote for Trump if he really supported him. The war in Ukraine is just one of many issues. The Professor is a conservative Republican, and Kamala is the exact opposite . She has one of the more liberal voting records when she was in congress. What stinks is that out of nearly 350 million Americans, the only two candidates we have don’t hold the values of many Americans.

@thomasgaylor9150 No worries. If he actually voted for Trump, then he would be supporting him. Since he’s not voting for either, he’s just not helping either candidate. I can’t remember what state he’s from, but I don’t believe it’s a swing state. I’m from California, which has voted blue for as long as I can remember.

@carolwilliams8511 It’s because Democrats don’t represent his values. A good example is the subject of abortion, and how it’s contrary to his religious beliefs as a Christian. He can’t vote for Kamala knowing that she supports abortion, and that she hasn’t said no to even late-term abortions. He probably has different beliefs about the rights of the LGTBQ community; how the Democrats wanted to change the voting rules from 60% to 51% just so that a particular Bill could get passed, etc. He’s got his reasons. We should respect his rights to vote however he wishes.

Why did it take so long to sanction the Russian propagandists? They’re despicable people who should have been sanctioned on day one.
