  1. Russian trolls frequently say that the US caused the uprisings in Ukraine in 2014. They take some words made by the US ambassador and twist them to fit their agenda. The real facts are that the Ukrainian people weren’t happy with their government in backtracking on its word to join the EU. The Ukrainian people aren’t stupid. They don’t want the same poor living standards of Russia. They want to live and progress like the European nations. The Putinbot arguments are self defeating. If the Ukrainians really wanted to be aligned with Russia like what the Russian trolls claim, the Ukrainians would have welcomed the Russians with open arms. Instead Russia has the fight of its life, and the Ukrainians are willing to continue fighting Russia until Russia leaves their land.
