  2. You’re wrong. The US and UK didn’t break any promises under the memorandum. Prove me wrong and cite the exact words from the memorandum where they didn’t keep their promises. In fact, the Professor here actually had a previous discussion about the memorandum, and he also said that the only party that didn’t abide by the memorandum’s terms is Russia.
