  1. Biden is a coward. He is too scared to let Ukraine use the ATACMS to their full potential. Russia’s not going to do crap. We’ve seen time and time again the so called red line being crossed, and Russia hasn’t done anything about it. Russia’s already struggling against Ukraine. The last thing it wants to do is draw NATO into the conflict.
