This is so sad. It hurts to watch people who are this desperate, just horrible. We all knew the day was coming as the US couldn’t stay forever, but nevertheless it still pains me to know that this is happening on the other side of the world. You would think by now that we’d learn that we can’t implement a government and expect it to thrive unless the will of the people will protect such measures. It didn’t happen in Nam, and now in Afghanistan.
