Is that why Russia at one time held 27% of Ukraine, but now it only holds 17%? The areas in Crimea and Donbas that Russian separatists already controlled is included in that 17% meaning that in exchange for losing hundreds of thousands of troops Russia has gained very little.

@bakimc4722 Do you have a reading comprehension problem? At one time Russia held 27% of Ukraine, but now it’s only 17%. Russia is getting humiliating by a country that didn’t even have a standing army four years ago.
