@HH-co9yo HIMARS aren’t effective? I guess you don’t see the daily videos of Russians getting annihilated by them. Just yesterday over 28 Russian soldiers at an an award ceremony were hit with a HIMARS. HIMARS is routinely taking out high value targets.
