so the smell from leather, is that from the hide or the chromium sulfate? Cause I get sick from leather, but still love it as a material, so if I got vegetable leather, would that be usable to me, without giving me the migraines I get from regular stuff?

@Automedon2 ah, thanks :) & that kinda answers my question, cause I react to horse stuff too :( I do have lots of allergies, including to natural stuff as well as artificial chemicals, so I guess it's probably the leather itself for me :( That's great info, cause it saves me researching if I can buy veg tanned stuff to avoid my issue, (and wasting a LOT of money on it) I guess not :( very much appreciate your reply!

I love how all the bad stuff's removed with the processes, but all the good stuff stays, cause of course the good & bad stuff knows if it's good or bad & should stay or go right?

what I don't get, is they say that the way they can tell it's not natural & drop the price is cause they're told, so why not just inject the bacteria into them & pretend they're poached natural ones, seems more profitable than seeking out rare natural ones to me

@mandc20022 I think a gallon's 4 litres isn't it? If so, that would be 24 litres of milk to 1kg of cheese. I could be wrong though, we don't use gallons where I live, only proper measurements

that donkey cheese looks about as ethical as any food ever gets to me! Using the sales to fund the survival of a critically endangered animal & treating them so well, while breeding them out of extinction, why would you be against that?
1
@0animalproductworld558 wow you're out of touch with reality aren't you! This person has set up an animal sanctuary to save an endangered species & your response is that "behind the scenes he's done it all just to hurt the animals" What have YOU personally done to save endangered animals??? You need to look at how your efforts compare to this person's, cause you'll be found wanting if you're honest about it! Now go adopt a few million field mice from Australia to stop their cruel deaths in the production of YOUR food

@0animalproductworld558 Tell me what the welfare issue are in the donkey cheese shown in this video & how you intend on fixing those issues

@0animalproductworld558 more ranting, unable to respond to my question though huh?

@0animalproductworld558 Australia is currently spending $50 million on poisons for mice, poisoning around half a billion mice every week to try to control the plague in cropland. Many farmers have just given up & converted to pasture & livestock, cause they can't stand the poisoning & dead smell from the mice & all the secondary poisonings from those baits to native animals & fish. THAT is what you choose to be a part of when you say no to animal products in such a blind cult unthinking way. The cheese maker in this video is exceptional! He has found a way to harvest donkey milk that is compassionate & kind & that funds the saving of a critically endangered species - something you will never do, cause you only care about virtue signalling, not actually helping animals

@0animalproductworld558 ug, I'm getting botted, but really you're beyond help anyway aren't you, so no point me persevering when all my comments will do is get thumbs down from you & make the botting issue worse

so it doesn't taste like egg yolk like he claimed?

@yauker no evidence napalming cilled that particular bacteria, therefore making that particular wood so rare. You're right when you say you get triggered super easily aren't you!

yes, that's a quick rip, I'm more interested in the eels being processed while alive!
