  1. If people move further from their work more tax revenue will need to be spent on transportation infrastructure. We don’t only need rents to decrease. We need people to either live closer to their workplace or work from home. It’s time for society to look at improving land efficiency. Let’s better use the land under homes, roads, public transportation, businesses etc…
