  4.  @francescogreco9826  people would still rent summer houses in winter. One example is young digital nomads enjoying the ability to work from different locations. Another is those that can work remotely and want to save money. That said, market rates would be much lower in off peak seasons. Yes, not everyone can work remotely. Those that choose to rent places in the off peak won’t be renting in other areas. This would improve affordability in those areas.
