  1. Two things. Shock effect doesn’t seem to be what they want to give the market. Also, if they go .5% in Sep and Nov and then .25% in Dec then they are at 3.5% by year end, which more or less aligns with their June dot plot. Then they could do 2 more quarter point hikes in Q1 2023 and be at 4% by end of March 2023.
