  1. Plenty of nations get American tax dollars and don’t manage to achieve anything near this good. The grants to Israel are mostly just vouchers through which they can purchase American made weapons. Though Israel makes plenty of its own, america does this pretty well and the real winner is American weapons manufacturers.
