@hppower_and_squirrels "mercenaries from 82 countries is in ukraine" 🤣🤣 Of course Ukraine have build up their defense during the past 8 years. Who wouldn't?? Russia has been attacking them since 2014. "all nato's country put sanctions on russia". That is correct. The sanctions are there instead of a physical war from NATO, would you rather prefer that?

@hppower_and_squirrels "which threat?" Do we really have to explain it to you?? Putin threatens to attack the ships coming to Ukraine to pick up the grain. To say Russia and Ukraine are critical to the world's food supply chain is an understatement. Together they export about 30% of the world's wheat, 60% of the world's sunflower oil (the third-most-traded seed oil behind palm and soy), and about 20% of the world's corn.

I did a 5 second search and found this as an example from 2005 (from UN site): Rich nations of the Group of Eight (G-8) have formally acceded to a long-standing demand of poor countries by offering to write off $40 bn in debt to multilateral institutions. The decision, taken at the G-8 Summit in July, covers the debt that 18 countries — 14 of them African — owe to the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and regional development banks such as the African Development Bank.
