This is the exact reason why Russia didn't take Ukraine already at the start of the war. Corruption and incompetence in all parts of the chain. And thank God for that! Now it is too late for Russia. And as said before, Russia lost about 60.000 men in Bakhmut (Ukraine about 20.000). You tell me who was obsessed of Bakhmut.

@DanieleT.820 At the first attack at Kyiv, they didn't have help from the West. Still the mighty Russian army couldn't take it. Even now, they have no help from the West in form of troops, only weapons supply and intel. In addition a few volunteers. What I don't understand, is why people compare this to a boxing match. First they agree to fight, then there is a referee and last and foremost, they are in the same weight class. War isn't like that, especially this one. Russia is a so called super-power with more men and more weapons than Ukraine. They started this illegal war and Ukraine are defending themselves. The longer the war lasts, the more weapons are delivered to Ukraine. Russia will run out of certain types of weapons before Ukraine if the West stands united.
