You are right that in real democracies there is a great deal of trust in the society. (Look at the Nordic countries, that comes out on top in every way regarding democracy, human rights, trust, peace, low crime, happiness etc). It would not work overnight to change the system in dictatorships. There are many examples of this throughout history. Perhaps especially in those countries that have been "forced" to change (often by the US). Rome wasn't build in a day.

The Russians are leveling the cities to the ground and killing tens of thousands of innocent people. But I noticed you were also a bit rude. With the statement "puppet cabinet". You see how easy it is to slip? And I don't think you are under the same pressure as this guy is?
