@georgeosei269 This is not a conflict, it's war! Russia has attacked and invaded its neighbor. In the course of two years they have lost over 500,000 soldiers (150-200000 killed). Thousands of tanks and hundreds of planes and helicopters are lost, but it still is a "conflict" or "SMO"?

Are you defending the Serbian war criminals? Yugoslavia's actions had already provoked condemnation by international organisations and agencies such as the UN, NATO, and various INGOs. Yugoslavia's refusal to sign the Rambouillet Accords was initially offered as justification for NATO's use of force. NATO countries attempted to gain authorisation from the UN Security Council for military action, but were opposed by China and Russia, who indicated that they would veto such a measure. As a result, NATO launched its campaign without the UN's approval, stating that it was a humanitarian intervention. Libya was a UN intervention, not NATO. If Russia was against the intervention in Libya, why didn't they vote against it in the UN Security Council??
